Waste collection, please follow our guidelines

There is a box for compost on the countertop.
YOU CAN THROW: fruit and vegetable peels (apples, and bananas, potatoes,…), old vegetables, tops of vegetables ( peppers, zucchini, cucumber, beets, ), avocado skin and pits, stems of herbs and other vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, …), teabags, coffee ground, egg shells, nutshells, toothpicks, used serviettes, burnt matches, houseplants, leaves, wine corks,…
DO NOT THROW: meat products, seafood products, dairy products, baked goods, acidic foods, oils or greasy foods, onion and garlic scraps, cellophane, coal ash
This will be taken to the compost bin in the garden and used for gardening.

There is a small pedal bin close to the gas stove: it is for all wasted food (cooked food) and non-recyclable items

There are 3 bins close to the fridge to collect recycling materials:
YELLOW: paper and carton board (not glossy)
BLUE: aluminium cans and glass bottles
RED: light recyclable plastic
We will bring these items to the dedicated containers of the drop off.
You can bring exhausted batteries and broken bulbs to the reception.
Help us to reduce waste and recycle and reuse more. Save the planet, save the future!
For your safety

Note that for your safety the kitchen is equipped with a fire extinguisher, close to the stove, and a gas detector (close to microwave, please never unplug it!).
